Mikey also runs the Mums & Bubs Bootcamp every Friday at Vine Road Park in Barnes.

Body Project Mikey PTMikey’s epic 45 min bootcamps are designed to burn, tone and buff in the most enjoyable way possible. Babies, little ones and buggies are, of course, very welcome. Playmats and toys are provided so everyone has fun! First session is free, and all fitness levels are welcome. You can book via The Body Project website.
